في هذه اللحظة التاريخية، يتوجه التحالف الديمقراطي الاجتماعي في العالم العربي الذي يضم أحزاب الديمقراطية الاجتماعية بأصدق التهاني وأعمق مشاعر التضامن إلى الشعب السوري الذي حقق أحد أعظم انتصاراته بفتح صفحة جديدة نحو المستقبل لسوريا جديدة بالخلاص من النظام والحكم الشمولي، ويؤكد على وقوفه إلى جانب الشعب السوري الذي يتطلع للعيش بحرية وكرامة وفي ظل دولة تسودها مبادئ العدالة والمواطنة والاستقلال وحقوق الانسان وبما يحفظ أمن وسلامة ووحدة الأراضي السورية وسيادتها الوطنية.
بينما نحتفل بهذا الإنجاز، فإننا نعبر عن قلقنا البالغ إزاء المستقبل الذي يواجه الشعب السوري في ظل التحديات السياسية، والاجتماعية، والأمنية التي قد تنتج عن الفراغ السياسي والتناحر الداخلي، فان التحالف يهيب بالشعب السوري وأحزابه ومؤسسات مجتمعه المدني للوحدة والعمل على تكريس السلم الأهلي والمجتمي والابتعاد عن أية نزعات ثأرية أو انتقامية وتهيئة البلاد والظروف لتمكين النازحين خارج وداخل سوريا من العودة لمدنهم وقراهم ومنازلهم والبدء الفوري بالإعمار، والتحلي بأعلى درجات الحكمة والتعاون التي يمتاز بها الشعب السوري لضمان الانتقال السلمي والديمقراطي بما يحفظ التعددية وسيادة المواطنة والعدالة الاجتماعية وحدة سوريا وسلامة أراضيها.
إننا في التحالف الديمقراطي الاجتماعي في العالم العربي، إذ نشارك الشعب السوري فرحته بهذا الانتصار العظيم، نؤكد على الآتي:
أولا: الدعوة إلى التلاحم والوحدة الوطنية:
إن المرحلة المقبلة تتطلب تضافر جهود الجميع، بغض النظر عن الانتماءات السياسية أو الأيديولوجية، لإعادة بناء الوطن وتحقيق المصالحة الوطنية الشاملة. ويدعو التحالف جميع الأطراف السورية بمختلف توجهاتها، إلى تغليب المصلحة الوطنية العليا، والعمل على صون مقدرات الدولة، من خلال توحيد الأهداف والشروع في عملية سياسية متكاملة وشاملة على أساس من التوافق الوطني والسلام الداخلي، وبما يعيد لسوريا مكانتها الإقليمية والدولية، ويحقق تطلعات شعبها إلى الحرية والكرامة والاستقلال.
ثانيا: المرحلة الانتقالية:
إن التحالف يدعو كافة القوى السورية للتفاهم على مرحلة انتقالية تسودها العدالة الانتقالية تفضي لانتخابات حرة تجسد إرادة الشعب السوري في التعددية والمواطنة ونؤكد على أهمية:
- الحفاظ على مؤسسات الدولة وصيانة مقدرات ومنجزات الشعب.
- تشغيل كافة المرافق والخدمات الصحية والتعليمية وغيرها.
- إدارة عجلة الاقتصاد الوطني ومراقبة السوق وعدم السماح لأي انفلات أو استغلال الظرف الحالي.
- عمل المصالحات اللازمة وفي كافة المناطق السورية بما يحقق السلم الاهلي والمجتمعي.
- التفاهم على لجنة توافقية لا تستثني مكونا من المكونات تعمل كجمعية تأسيسية لدستور ديمقراطي تجري على أساسه انتخابات حرة.
ثالثا : إدانة العدوان الصهيوني:
يدين التحالف العدوان الصيهوني على سوريا وإلغائه اتفاقية فض الاشتباك في الجولان السوري وتوسعه في أرض الجولان والتي تأتي استمرارا لسياساته التوسعية والعدوانية تجاه الشعب السوري وفلسطين ولبنان، وإذ يدعو التحالف الديمقراطي الاجتماعي في العالم العربي القوى السورية لاتخاذ موقف ضد العدوان الصهيوني فإنه يدعو دول الجامعة العربية والمجتمع الدولي لاتخاذ كافة الإجراءات اللازمة لوقف العدوان الصهيوني على سوريا وإجباره على الانسحاب من كافة الاراضي السورية المحتلة وبما يحفظ سيادة الدولة والارض السورية.
رابعا: التدخل الاجنبي:
إذ يوكد التحالف تضامنه ودعمه للشعب السوري وخياراته، فإنه يؤكد إدانته لأي تدخل أجنبي في الشأن السوري يهدد وحدة وسلامة الأراضي السورية واستقلالها وسيادتها، ويدعو كافة الأطراف الدولية لاحترام إرادة الشعب السوري في الحرية والاستقلال، ويؤكد على أن الشعب السوري هو وحده الكفيل بتقرير مصيره ومستقبله دون تدخل أو وصاية من جهة خارجية.
إننا في التحالف الديمقراطي الاجتماعي في العالم العربي نجدد تضامننا الكامل مع حقوق الشعب السوري في بناء نظام سياسي ديمقراطي يحترم حقوق الإنسان، ويضمن العدالة الاجتماعية، ويتيح لجميع مكونات الشعب السوري المشاركة في صناعة مستقبل بلادهم بحرية وأمان. وسنعمل على توفير حشد الجهود الإقليمية والدولية لدعم إعادة الإعمار وتوفير الحياة الكريمة لكل مواطن سوري.
أيها السوريون الأحرار، إن هذه اللحظة هي بداية جديدة تتطلب منكم جميعًا التلاحم والتكاتف لتجاوز التحديات الكبيرة التي تنتظركم. واثقون أنكم قادرون، بإرادتكم الحرة، على بناء سوريا جديدة تسودها الحرية، والعدالة، والديمقراطية.

At this historic moment, the Social Democratic Alliance in the Arab World, comprising social democratic parties, extends its heartfelt congratulations and deepest solidarity to the Syrian people, who have opened a new chapter towards the future of a new Syria by breaking free from the totalitarian regime. We reaffirm our unwavering support for the Syrian people, who aspire to live in freedom and dignity within a state governed by the principles of justice, citizenship, independence, and human rights, while ensuring the safety, unity, and sovereignty of Syria's lands.
While we celebrate this remarkable achievement, we express deep concern over the future challenges facing the Syrian people. Political, social, and security issues may arise due to the political vacuum and internal discord. The Alliance urges the Syrian people, political parties, and civil society institutions to unite, foster social harmony, and avoid any retaliatory or vengeful tendencies. It calls for creating conditions to enable displaced persons, both internally and externally, to return to their cities, villages, and homes, and for the immediate commencement of reconstruction efforts. The Syrian people must embody their renowned wisdom and cooperation to ensure a peaceful and democratic transition that upholds pluralism, citizenship, social justice, and the unity and integrity of Syria.
As we share in the Syrian people's joy over this monumental victory, the Arab World Social Democratic Alliance emphasizes the following:
First: Calling for National Unity and Cohesion
The next phase demands the collective efforts of all Syrians, irrespective of political or ideological affiliations, to rebuild the nation and achieve comprehensive national reconciliation. The Alliance calls on all Syrian parties, with diverse orientations, to prioritize national interests, preserve state assets, and initiate a comprehensive political process based on national consensus and internal peace. This process should restore Syria's regional and international standing and fulfill the aspirations of its people for freedom, dignity, and independence.
Second: The Transitional Phase
The Alliance urges all Syrian forces to agree on a transitional phase governed by transitional justice, leading to free elections that reflect the Syrian people's will for pluralism and citizenship. Key points include:
• Safeguarding state institutions and preserving the nation’s resources and achievements.
• Ensuring the functioning of essential services, including healthcare and education.
• Stabilizing the national economy, monitoring markets, and preventing exploitation during the current circumstances.
• Undertaking necessary reconciliations across all Syrian regions to achieve social harmony and peace.
• Forming a consensus-based committee, inclusive of all components, to act as a constituent assembly drafting a democratic constitution, paving the way for free elections.
Third: Condemning Zionist Aggression
The Alliance condemns Israeli aggression against Syria, including its annulment of the disengagement agreement in the Syrian Golan and its expansionist activities in the region. These actions are part of its ongoing policies of aggression against the Syrian people, Palestine, and Lebanon. The Alliance calls on Syrian forces to take a firm stance against Israeli aggression and urges the Arab League and the international community to take all necessary measures to halt Israel's attacks on Syria and compel its withdrawal from all occupied Syrian territories, thereby preserving Syria’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.
Fourth: Rejecting Foreign Intervention
While reaffirming its solidarity with and support for the Syrian people and their choices, the Alliance strongly condemns any foreign interference in Syria that threatens its unity, territorial integrity, independence, and sovereignty. The Alliance calls on all international parties to respect the Syrian people’s will for freedom and independence and underscores that only the Syrian people have the right to determine their destiny and future, free from external interventions or tutelage.
The Social Democratic Alliance in the Arab World reiterates its full solidarity with the Syrian people’s right to establish a democratic political system that respects human rights, ensures social justice, and allows all components of Syrian society to freely and safely shape their country’s future. We will continue to mobilize regional and international efforts to support reconstruction and provide a dignified life for every Syrian citizen.
Free Syrians, this moment marks a new beginning that calls for unity and collaboration to overcome the significant challenges ahead. We trust in your ability, through your free will, to build a new Syria founded on freedom, justice, and democracy.
